TOMÀS BICORP </b><br />Medio Ambiente ha destinado la primera reserva de libélulas y ésta no es otra que la que se halla en el río Cazuma de Bicorp. Este enclave paisajístico y medioambiental alberga, al menos, a 15 especies de este insecto, constituyendo uno de los lugares con mayor diversidad para las libélulas, por lo que la Conselleria de Medio Ambiente ha decidido conservarlo declarando el nacimiento del río Cazuma como reserva de fauna. Además del curso fluvial del Cazuma, la conselleria también ha declarado reserva de fauna la Finca Buixcarró de Bocairent, que acoge poblaciones de anfibios.<br />Bicorp está declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la Unesco, debido al valor de su arte rupestre -destacando las Cuevas de la Araña- y posee, además, parajes naturales de gran valor, como el río Cazuma, que abastece de agua a la localidad. Sus hábitats preferidos son las aguas corrientes, incluso aguas rápidas. Fácilmente identificable a cierta distancia por sus ojos verde esmeralda no había duda, era una Oxy, pero por si acaso la cogí y aquí está.<br />Lo de menos en este caso era disfrutar haciendo la foto. Fácilmente identificable por sus ojos verde brillante y las marcas amarillas en la parte superior del abdomen.<br />En la Comunidad Valenciana solo se conocen tras hábitats de esta especie: Titaguas, Quesa y Antella.<br />Especie reconocida por el Convenio de Berna como especie "estrictamente protegida".
